• After the TyTN II got cloned now the newest HTC Pocket PC, the Touch Diamond, has an illegitimate brother too. Named Diamond J6, the Touch Diamond clone comes from China and it can easily be mistaken for a genuine HTC Pocket PC. Measuring 101 x 55 x 13 millimeters, J6 is a bit thicker than HTC’s Touch Diamond, but it still keeps the overall slim appearance. Anyway, if in terms of looks the J6 is quite close to the real Diamond, in terms of features the new device is clearly inferior to the original. The full list of features offered by Diamond J6 include: dual-band GSM connectivity (900 / 1800 MHz) with GPRS, MP3 player, Video player, FM radio, polyphonic ringtones, Bluetooth 2.0, a camera that seems to have 3.15 Megapixels, Image viewer, WAP browser, USB and 256MB of internal memory, expandable up to 4GB with a microSD card. The Diamond J6 has a retail price of only 1,199 yuan, which means about 175 USD or 110 Euros. The handset can be bought across China or from various online retailers,but once again be careful.
