  • Finally Apple announced at the WWDC 2010 its new iPhone 4, one of the thinnest smartphone. The new iPhone looks exactly the same asprevious leaked, getting a brand new design with a thickness of 9.3mm. Boosted by the Apple’s own A4 chip, it features a new 3.5-inch Retina display with multitouch, 960×640 resolution at 326ppi, 800:1 contrast ratio and a 5 Megapixel camera with 720p/30fps HD video recording and LED flash.

  • The iPhone 4 also adds a front-facing camera for FaceTime iPhone 4 to iPhone 4 video call over WiFi. Other than the accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor we found on old iPhones, the iPhone 4 packs also a three-axis gyro sensor and dual-mic noise cancellation. A-GPS/GPS, digital compass, Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11n are also included. It comes with fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating on front and back.

  • Thanks to the iOS 4 (known as iPhone OS 4), the iPhone 4 is capable of multitasking and adds Folders for Apps, iBooks app, and the $4.99 iMovie app. Comes in 16GB and 32GB, the iPhone 4 is available in white and black. It supports 850, 900, 1900, 2100 MHz quad-band HSPA/UMTS and quad-band GSM networks. Pre-order will start on 15 June.
