Nokia Sue Apple iPad 3G APP Phone
- Nokia ongoing legal spat with Apple took a turn for the worse tablets today with the news that the Finnish company are putting their lawyers on IPAD WiFi and 3G iPhone. According to a press release Nokia, the company alleges that Apple has encroached on the five “important” patents on “the floor and increased data transmission, using location data in applications and innovations in configurations antenna”.
- These patents, after Nokia, are helping to make these small devices, with improved performance and design. “We have taken this step to protect the results of our development pioneer,” said Paul Melin, Director General of patent license to the company, “and put an end to the illegal use continued innovation from Nokia” .
- Indeed, Nokia estimated that they spent 40 billion € in R & D over the past 20 years, and they think Apple is trampling all over it with their big boots i-prefix.
